I really should be sleeping right now, but I just can't seem to fall asleep...
There's Hope
When your dreams become a deadly truth
And the rest of the world turns it's back on you
Withdrawn into yourself
Leaving an empty shell
You find that little flame of hope
For that little chance of hope
You pushed yourself out of the hole
Becoming stronger than the mountains
Greater than the Sun
For to you,
There's hope
The strength to nurture
The desire to give
The passion to achieve
You set out anew
And because of you,
There's hope
This little piece is inspired by a friend's photograph entitled "There's Hope", and by a great person whom I really admire. It may not be that good, but to me, it really means alot.
